All Sales Are Final – Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by Off Top Prints are made-to-order and 3D printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Minor color variations due to monitor display differences or print material
